TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE COMPETITION "46th EXO Biosafety Book Fair".
COMPETITION ORGANISERS
This competition is promoted by EXO S.A., domiciled at Av. Chiclana 3444 in the City of Buenos Aires.
WHO CAN COMPETE
The "46th EXO Biosafety Book Fair" competition is open to any natural person residing in Argentina, regardless of age. All children under 18 years of age must have prior authorisation from an adult in order to participate.
Employees, officers and directors (and their immediate families) of EXO S.A., advertising, promotion or production agencies are excluded from participating. By entering, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules.
Participation by users with fake profiles is prohibited and will be deleted without notice. Votes through exchange systems, autolikes, fake profiles and similar are prohibited. Such entries will be deleted without prior notice. EXO S.A. may remove users from participation in the sweepstakes without prior notice, reserving the right to admit or not users, without the obligation to justify or inform the reasons and/or causes that originate the aforementioned decision.
HOW TO CONTEST
Attend the EXO STAND (Hall 9 Central Hall Stand Number 4060/70) at the 46th Book Fair.

- Insert the coupon in the draw box
DURATION
This Competition is valid from 28-04-2022 to 16-05-2022.
COMMENTS and PARTICIPATIONS
Aggressive messages, insults, defamation of the service or derivatives will be removed, and in case of repetition, such users will be blocked from our social networks.
The company reserves the right to block/remove users who participate fraudulently or improperly.
WINNERS
The winners of the Competition (four) are those participants who have correctly completed the coupon and have fulfilled all the requirements of these terms and conditions.
DRAWING
The draw will take place on 20 May 2022 at 4 p.m. at EXO S.A. headquarters (Av. Chiclana 3444 (C1260ACO) - City of Buenos Aires) in the presence of a notary public.
One winner will be drawn for each prize. After the drawing of the winner, EXO S.A. will proceed to the drawing of 5 alternate winners.
The alternate winners will have an order of winning position, which will be based on the result in order/number that they obtain in the draw.
The alternate winners, in order of position, will replace the main winner who does not meet the requirements of these terms and conditions, or fails to respond to the prize call below.
The winner must respond within 5 (five) working days after communication. Otherwise, the winner will be replaced by one of the substitutes.
The winner must answer a question to be eligible for the prize.

The winners will receive
1st Prize EXO Smart Notebook or a product with similar or superior features.
2.- Prize Intelligent Air Purifier or a product with similar or superior characteristics.
3rd Prize 10" EXO Wave Tablet or a product with similar or superior characteristics.
4th Prize Gamer Keyboard or a product with similar or superior features.
In the event that the participant is a minor, the prize must be collected by the parent or guardian in their area of residence.
The prizes and conditions stated herein may be modified by EXO S.A. at any time and without prior notice.
